Need to work pretty much 24/7 and no base salary

Team members are friendly, again depending on brands.

A good starting point, but limited career progression unless you’re willing to wait several years. Advancement is heavily dependent on brand management, meaning your trajectory can vary significantly depending on whether you’re assigned to a ‘strong’ or ‘weaker’ brand. Salary equity is also questionable, as compensation remains a taboo topic and there are known discrepancies between brands for comparable roles.
