Pros
Initially a fantastic company to work for. Great management and pay was respectable. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Once the company started to grow and broke into two business units it became a mess. There was minimal communication between the groups and the C-Suite began to fancy themselves infallible. Some bad decisions were made in hiring new senior leaders and then compounded when they selected their new CEO. After they began to fire the wrong people it was pretty clear where they were headed. Sadly the company let most of its talent go and wasted what little remained until most of them also quit. Hard to see how they can sustain another year or two given their track record and the poor leadership they have put in place.
