Account Distribution Pace: Although Management tries its best to accommodate your needs, you can't control the pace at which you receive new accounts, which means your pipeline can sometimes feel out of your hands.

This job is hard. It's extremely fast-paced and requires a high degree of organization, grit, and dedication to find success. For me, I thrive being pushed and spurred on to be the best version of myself, but the taxing nature of this job is not for everyone. You will learn so much about marketing, business, psychology, etc. but you will feel overwhelmed at times.
