Good Learning, people are nice, senior management are approachable

No work life balance, work load is very high due to which quality of work gets spoiled. Management over looks this fact. Not much facilities in the premises for employees. Not much employee related activities or fun, it is always work. Due to the work load, the teams end up back biting
