Pros
Competency and diligence were rewarded with advancement. Opportunity to learn the logistics/transport business from the bottom up. A very hands-on experience (could also be seen as a con, depending on your point of view)
Cons
No real support for grads, only the odd token meeting. Didn't feel the company had much of an idea about what a grad program was and how it should be run. A very ad hoc approach. Salary not commensurate with hours worked.
