Pros

Team members are very approach and friendly Management are understanding and willing to help in times of need Very well known and respected in the logistics & supply chain industry. Looks very good on resume as graduate

Cons

45 hour working week minimum (8:00am - 5:30pm) (Interviewer firstly stated it was 40 hour per week, which later changed). Usually 46-50 hours working week Overtime was regularly indirectly pressured by managment, which was disappointing. No Work Life balance Lower than average wage Graduate Role: Free-roam and self reliant learning. (Positive when feedback is instant and regular) - Some days working 70% alone - graduates costs less, and are more obedient. - Cheap manual labour Culture wasn't clear depending on the "buy-in" of the individual. - No Human Resource managment national wide. (Concerning)

Pros

None to be shared working here

Cons

Many! Stay clear of this organization. This is the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. If you are considering a sales role here, DO NOT DO IT. It will be the biggest mistake of your life. They micromanage the hell out of you and you are NOT treated as an adult here. No one meets their goals in the domestic division and there’s a reason why - the product sucks! As a result, employees are seen as “not working” and ridiculous measures are put into place to try to “improve” goals. It’s such a joke. People are constantly talking about you behind your back and you’re always walking around cracked egg shells. Everything is blamed on the sales team for a consistently unprofitable P&L. Branch Managers are king and completely humiliate you in front of others. And if you leave, especially to another carrier, you are SHUNNED and look down. As if you can’t make a decision like a real adult to leave what makes sense for your family. Stay far away… run.
