Pros
If you’re genuinely interested in the transportation/logistics industry and just graduated from college, this may be a good experience for no more than 2 years to learn the industry and get hands-on experience.
Cons
Groupthink. Toxic management. Lack of vision. Salaries are not competitive and management suffers from a “push it down” mentality. Any attempt to address issues is rebuked by “this is the way we do things around here and if you don’t like it, you can leave.” I wish I left sooner. Despite what they make you believe, the grass really is greener on the other side!
