      Pros

      I was in need of a job in the manufacturing field after a long period of being out of the workforce. I was placed at a company which suited my needs. Although it wasn't a temp to perm position, it served me well until I was able to acquire direct hire employment. The staffing specialist was always very accommodating to my needs.

      Cons

      Although health insurance was offered, it was too expensive for my pay scale so I had to forgo it.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
