Scope Creep - role went from event coordination to a receptionist and slide deck presenter Lack of Communication - Maritz based in St. Louis and often forgot about Bay Area Team. Leadership - Leaders often didn't know what team did day to day. Many didn't event know team members at all. Turnover - Due to scope creep and lack of definition of roles, employees often became burnt out and quit. Which lead to leadership scrambling to hire new employees to fill roles. Training - little to no training. Figure it out yourself environment.
