Pros
The everyday people working here are truly some of the most hardworking, dedicated, friendliest people you can work with. It's also very flexible since it is work from home. Some of the work they are doing is really amazing and helping the state.
Cons
Company has lost a lot of clients recently and laid off about half the company in a year. The real issue here is the disorganization, though. There are very few processes in place and things sometimes feel like a free for all. The CEO is also very temperamental and difficult to deal with.
