      Pros

      Responsibility is yours for your own development Great package in terms of private healthcare/pension etc Gym on site Fantastic office facilities Growing business- a site that is creating jobs Focus on team building-funding for team building events Access to higher level people with the business is amazing. Plant Directors and above are approachable and will never turn down a chat with anybody of any level Focus of the business is on the factory Focus is not just on KPIs but the people that achieve them

      Cons

      Car Park could be bigger Staff shop could be better stocked Recognition structure could be clearer but this is on the way :)

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
