      Pros

      Great work life balance Live by the principals they talk about - they actually do follow them Good people work here Competitive salary Personal development a big focus Allow movement within various areas, you don't have to be a specialist and can apply for roles outside of your comfort zone

      Cons

      People get away with poor quality work or not working very hard, very little consequences if something goes wrong, or doesn't work or someone does lots of things wrong Within IT they don't have specialist doing jobs that require specialists, so it isn't always done the right way

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
