      Pros

      -Great paid vacation time for entry level position (3 weeks). -Random perks: (free bag of product every 2 weeks) - Network of regional HSE managers is very responsive and helpful.

      Cons

      -Often times rule breakers are not addressed or only given undocumented verbal warnings. -Shift associates at this site are very stubborn. Constantly pushing back against and criticizing management decisions, even when they are made in everyone's best interest. -Associates very quick to push back against safety projects/ policy changes, but in the same breath will use "safety" as an excuse to have something changed in their favor.

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
