      Pros

      Having worked for many different companies over the past years, I finally found one where the culture really suits me. The people, including management team, are smart but also caring, open to dialogue and helpful - especially with newcomers. It's a performance-driven company where everything is constatly being tested and improved, but there isn't a competitive environment and I still keep a good work/life balance. The company provides lots of great trainings and tools to help you progress in your carreer.

      Cons

      As with every big company, things sometimes move slowly. Validation processes are complex and simple tasks can quickly become more complicated than they should. If you are aware of it and willing to navigate this world though, you can get along quite well.

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
