      Recognition for hard work/efforts, offered overtime, work/life balance, barbecues, free food/snacks, supportive and understanding managers, great coworkers, clean amenities, the variety of working in different areas, safety, development career plan, two paid breaks, bonuses and rewards such as early finishes.

      Cons

      Not enough fans or airflow in the factory making it difficult to work during warmer days.
