      Upper management can be very distant in terms of communication. Average salary package and benefits. Difficult to work with other divisions within the same company.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
