Pros

Can't think of anything except the free snacks and good pay if you negotiated well while joining. Never ever join this company for a technical role !

Cons

a. Horrible top management in Bangalore. You'll feel tired, mentally exhausted, demotivated after listening to them and you will feel 'sleepy' observing them. b. Scary mid-level managers. No hands-on, suck-up to the higher management. they are there just to be there. No ambition. Keep getting pay-checks without doing anything. c. Lack of vision, short-sightedness. d. No new projects or work coming to this place. e. Lack of professionalism. Lack of good technical practices. Honesty ain't the best policy here !

- Great work culture, helpful colleagues, managers with real leadership qualities. - Quality over quantity is expected and appreciated. - Periodic recalibration of assignments and deadlines of individual engineers to keep the workloads realistic. - No risk averting behaviors which gives freehand for all engineers to explore new ideas to improve the design performance. - Management seems to fish out and raise engineers from all levels who move the needles. - Have enough infrastructure and resources to develop advanced products without pressuring the engineers. - Adopting AI is every aspect of work. So, engineers can adapt to future needs of the industry.

Pros

Marvell has been a strong place for career growth for its recent pivoting to AI infrastructure, It is a great place for engineers who want to take ownership and work on impactful products. I’ve had opportunities to expand my scope over time, collaborate with talented teams, and grow both technically and professionally. Leadership is generally supportive of innovation and encourages accountability. The company compensation and benefits are competitive for the industry, and there has been noticeable alignment between business performance and employee rewards.

Cons

Prioritization and communication could be more consistent across organizations. Continued improvement in transparency and decision-making clarity would be beneficial.
