Pros
Work environment is very positive here. Mastech gives you equal opportunity to learn and grow inside the organization. When I was interviewed here, I was a fresher and had no idea that the place where I will be landing will give me such an easy environment. The managers here motivate you and guide you to grab the opportunities coming in your way. This organization has lot to give.
Cons
I do not see any cons as such because the time I started working here till now has been fruitful.
