      People are great. Made lifelong friends

      Cons

      The development team keeps making horrible decisions that support and the customers have to put up with. Payment is below average. They care too much about AI buzzwords.

      Pros

      People are kind. Job is fulfilling. Tech used is top notch.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Layoff over layoff, they abandon the products. They fire the only people knowledgeable about the products and hope others will somehow succeed. Very poor decision making.
