      Pros

      Caring mentors. Since it's a private company, it doesn't have any outsider pressure and can focus on work they think is useful.

      Cons

      Slightly slow to move, only two release cycles per year. Growth in the company is hard to figure out (path doesn't seem clear)

      The values are do the right thing and think long term - hard to get better than that. Work life balance is also quite good.

      Cons

      Software only, not much hardware. Limited ambition among coworkers.
