      Pros

      A great atmosphere of mentorship and positive experiences both with instructor-student interactions as well as instructor-instructor interactions. The Mathnasium method is also extremely effective and straightforward to teach and complete. Flexible schedules too.

      Cons

      Some disrespectful students and sometimes the mathnasium method seemed tedious.

      Pros

      Flexible hours that I could choose, nice working space. My boss was nice and very reasonable. Pay was decent after I completed some certifications. When the teaching was effective it was pretty rewarding and it can be fun to talk to the kids.

      Cons

      It was honestly a very tiring job. The kids can get really rowdy and difficult to manage, especially if you have to teach three at the same time. Management required us to use tablets and a finicky platform for worksheets that was not helpful and forced me to further split my attention.
