I learned a decent amount in my time there as my first job out of college. However, I quickly realized the money was not worth it at all -- and that says a lot. There are a lot of ways to make money in this day and age; nothing is worth the trauma that this place put me through. Also they are literally throwing the DEI initiatives from 2020 in the trash; they don't put them into practice at all. It's VERY bright upstairs, if you know what I mean. Upper management will gaslight you with feedback that fits their agenda. My advice? as soon as you feel like they're trying to push you out, leave.
