Pros

Depending on what team you are on, you will get to spearhead tasks on your own and be able to gain experience in areas you are interested in. Some people are very nice and there were times when I felt like I was making a positive difference on certain teams.

Cons

I have witnessed higher levels of management talk about lower levels in a negative way to other coworkers. This got back to those who were talked about and diminished morale. I have also witnessed those who were leading a team directly blame and point fingers at others so that team leader wouldn't have to take the blame. Toxic environment. You might be drowning in work but if you let somebody know you need help they might not take you seriously. I've also experienced instances where things were recommended to the client that may not necessarily help the client, but help the agency get money. That is called lying. I was also put in situations where I had little to no training and then had no supervision on my work. I've been told by some third party recruiting agencies that Media Storm may be a place where you will take a step back in your career and I felt that was true on certain teams.
