      Stable. You probably will not be let go - a plus in this market.

      Cons

      Stagnant culture. A dead end given that most of the company uses proprietary tools, so you can't gain transferable experience. Depending on the team you may feel alienated and have trouble feeling like you're contributing meaningfully.
