Pros
Company offers excellent health care benefits and a great family/work life balance. They are very understanding that sometimes you need to take care of your family.
Cons
There is not much room for growth within the company and it is hard to move up in position. Company also has high turn over as they pay a bit lower than industry standard and many people gain experience and then move on to higher paying positions.
