Pros

-great coworkers -free drinks in break rooms (coffee, tea, soda) -early on the raises and promotions are great

Cons

-CEO/owner doesn’t not care about his employees, only his profits -WFH time being phased out -when you ask for help with workload, they act like they care then don’t help -benefits suck, insurance premiums are high, no parental leave only fmla and you get punished for using it by loosing your yearly bonus -you are just a number, March 2024 they just did (another) large layoff/fired a lot of people due to work from home violations. The people were not giving any notice and most of them were hard working mid and upper management that had no previous issues and great yearly reviews.

Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoy working with your colleagues and appreciate the amenities that we provide in our offices. Our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and strive to make them feel heard and valued. We feel that combined with our flexible scheduling, PTO packages, and our updated work-from-home policy, that employees have a generous amount of flexibility in their work schedule to meet their needs. Eligible employees are given a bank of work-from-home time that equates to approximately 8-10 days per month. We do require compliance with all Medpace organizational policies which all employees review and acknowledge on an annual basis. Failure to comply with Medpace policies, for example the Remote Work Policy, may impact eligibility for discretionary bonus and merit increases. We encourage you to escalate any of your concerns to your Human Resources Representative.

Pros

Good experience for people right out of school

Cons

Lots of favoritism and office politics. Felt very unappreciated. Strongly suggest looking for something else if you are not one of the favored employees after a couple years
