2yThank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoy working with your colleagues and appreciate the amenities that we provide in our offices. Our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and strive to make them feel heard and valued. We feel that combined with our flexible scheduling, PTO packages, and our updated work-from-home policy, that employees have a generous amount of flexibility in their work schedule to meet their needs. Eligible employees are given a bank of work-from-home time that equates to approximately 8-10 days per month. We do require compliance with all Medpace organizational policies which all employees review and acknowledge on an annual basis. Failure to comply with Medpace policies, for example the Remote Work Policy, may impact eligibility for discretionary bonus and merit increases. We encourage you to escalate any of your concerns to your Human Resources Representative.
