      Pros

      good pay, easy to meet the time requirements on assignments, the work load is simple/easy to understand, occasionally they will provide food for us.

      Cons

      communication is very poor from ALL of management, you do not get a full 40 hours especially when the work load is not high, management lacks the ability to tell the truth ALL THE TIME, the person scheduling consistently messes up causing confusion for when you actually work, nothing in the warehouse is consistent, the work can get boring and become hard on your body.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
