      Pros

      Nice friendly place to work at, for the most part management is nice, teamwork is done sometimes and it's somewhat fulfilling line of work

      Cons

      They dont pay employees well enough and they give crappy raises, the Union isn't any help if you have a problem.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
