      Flexible scheduling. Decent pay. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Unless you are willing to relocate every couple of years no advancement opportunities. They are constantly trying to do more with less. They like to add responsibility without proper compensation.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
