Pros
-Lazy days -Easy to learn/operate the kiosk -Limited supervision -Only one to two co-workers at a time -Reliable and enjoyable customers (usually) -Simple, comfortable uniform
Cons
-Pay is terrible compared to corporate Starbucks' -Leads tend to not know a standard cup of coffee from a Frappuccino, nor how to make any of the drinks -Super rushes can happen in the morning/during summer/during sales that literally have some people being pushed/shoved/yelling/complaining about wait time and get YOU in trouble for something you cannot control -VERY picky customers -Store management is stuffy, stoic and snobby the majority of the time - Due to the lack of co-workers, you can be put off quite easily by your higher-ups for when you'd like to take breaks/use the restroom -You work by yourself a lot in the early morning and late night, which can be a real pain when you have to pee
