Morale is next to nothing, constantly understaffed, you can be wrongfully marked absent or tardy, management does not appreciate the work that you do, no advancement, pay is not up to industry standards, management is comfortable yelling and being very disrespectful to team members, in front of other coworkers and even customers. Meijer will run you into the ground and get mad at you if you tell them "no, enough is enough." You can offer an inch, they will take 500 miles and belittle you while they do it.
