      Good benefits, plenty of growth opportunities, good starting pay with raises and bonuses (based off of production), involved leadership, flexible schedules

      Cons

      Long hours in cold temps (depending on area of warehouse), work culture can be cliquey

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
