      -Competitive Pay -Modern Work Environment -Strong Company growth -Job Security -opportunities for promotions

      -select managers allowed to bully employees with no repercussions -limited accountability at the store level due to unions -several restructures over the past few years have not resulted in improved productivity or profitability -behind in the industry due to lack of e commerce business

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
