Memorial Hermann facilities are located throughout the Houston area, so finding a job at one near your home is relatively easy.
Cons
The culture at MHHS is a nightmare! In the nurse residency program we were told that we had the support of admin and our mentors but when tested, we had NO support. The charge nurse on my shift bullied me. I had ZERO help from my peers and more experienced nurses in my department. The techs only helped out the nurses that they were buddies with outside of work. The nurses would gossip about one another and insult one another behind their backs. It was a VERY cut throat place to work and made me regret having EVER put in for that residency program.
