      Pros

      The new grad program is an excellent place to start here. The preceptors I had were re so helpful, and the hospital itself is well equipped and set up.

      Cons

      Weekend differential would be nice. We work mandatory weekends (frequency dependent on the unit you are on, generally every other weekend)

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
