Pros

I am getting time off because of 3 HERINATED DISC in my low lumbar region of my back!

Cons

They sell it is a one man job and make you believe you are going to make so much money. WOW that is so far from the truth. That is where the problem starts! You will be given deliveries daily that require 2 very strong men that are in great physical shape in order to complete deliveries such as DRYWALL that is 5 FOOT WIDE 12 FOOT LONG and weighs 135 POUNDS that gets carried into the first floor, second floor, third floor, fourth floor and basements. Just one of my recent orders were 400 sheets of this product and by the way I had to park on the street and carry it over a 100 feet just to reach the entrance of the 4 story home and place the product in different rooms threw out the home. WHAT A NIGHT MARE. This is just the tip of Menards expectations! Now every product you delivery you will handle twice because you will load your own truck and of course delivery things like FIREPLACES, 24 CUBIC FRIGIRATORS, FREEZERS, SOFAS ETC.. The deliveries will require 2 men. Now if you want to protect your assets YOU WILL PAY FOR WORKMANS CONP INSURANCE. Get insurance rates before you count your profits. You will find that out that the blue sky Menards is selling is not make BIG money with Menards as stated in their ads on craigslist ads.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
