Pros
Money, the people, the free lunches :) the company is fantastic. I joined in February and was whisked off to San Francisco for two weeks of training. On return to the London office, the whole team welcomed me with open arms. It is an awesome office with half of the team covering the UK and half covering EMEA, it is a great melting pot of cultures, languages and personalities. Dont get me wrong, its hard work - but if you crack down to business well, have an outgoing personality and don't mind a beer or 2 on a Thursday night in the sunshine - this will be right up your street.
Cons
It's tough to find one - the work is hard, but so it should be to get the benefits. If you don't like healthy free meals, awesome outgoing people, a challenging working environment, an integrated multi-cultural team and strong remuneration... then I guess these could all be considered cons :-)
