-Trustworthy immediate colleagues
-Good work/life balance and flexibility
Cons
-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line.
-Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace
-One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
Depending on the team work life balance is good, you get OT, very easy to coast and do the bare minimum.
Cons
Certain teams have a very hierarchal structure where they will try to protect their image and scapegoat lower level employees. Not much room for growth, but decent place to start your career.
