      Pros

      You are there to sell. Models are nice. Communities are old sites purchased from builders that did not make it.

      Cons

      Long hours. Lots of time at work. If you sell a lot, so what sell more. Competitve floor leads to backstabbing. You will work almost every Hoilday.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
