Pros
Anytime pay, separate banks for sick time, vacation and PTO.
Cons
The pay hasn’t changed much since I started. There are no incentives or bonus reward structures for administrative workers. I only ever see this for nurses or other direct patient care workers but nothing for frontline administrative staff who work outpatient and inpatient.
