      Pros

      Everyone gets along, and management is awesome. Everyone knows what they are doing and know how to communicate. Very customer oriented. Never been at a place where there is a morning meeting every morning. Corporate recognizes successes. Money can be made if you know how to sell.

      Cons

      Need to know your selling point if you are on the sales floor. There are quotas you have to meet as a sales person or cashier. Moving up in management is very complex. Seniority does not matter.

      -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

      -have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

      Pros

      The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
