Pros
The money is easy! Never get fired for not meeting quotas, just demoted. Sales quotas are easy to reach with any kind of real effort. The money during the holiday is great! Wouldn't expect to have as much control as you can in a retail environment but you can easily increase your income by putting forth some real effort.
Cons
Job and personal life balance sucks. No constant schedule to schedule your life around. Hours during holidays are really high. But you do make more money being that we are commission.
