      Pros

      Great workplace culture Clean atmosphere Good discounts on snacks/drinks and small items as employee Service plans can add a few extra dollars to your paycheck Our OPs manager was amazing

      Cons

      Difficult to get a pay raise even when taking on more responsibilities for multiple years Little to no discount on actual computers and laptops They prioritize numbers on name capture, email capture and selling service plans very much, making it difficult not to give the customer a hard time during transactions. Incredibly old and slow PO system + long sales pitch for service plans makes transactions tedious.

      -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

      Cons

      -have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

      Pros

      The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
