Pros
The company continues to grow even in a slow economy. It's great to be working for a company that has a strong vision, solid leaderships and consistent direction.
Cons
Pay structure, bonuses and pay increases are not consistently given throughout the company. Some departments give bonuses for good performance and others do not. Pay increases should be more consistent for those who are consistently providing good performace to the company. The company appears to be reluctant to recognize associates for good performance in fear that this may be cause to give a pay raise.
