      Unrealistic sales expectations Pressured to upsell customers on products/services they might not need Management could care less about you No clear opportunities for growth

      -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

      Cons

      -have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

      The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
