High-tech environment.
Cons
Typical large MNC without sufficient internal career opportunities, especially at manufacturing sites. High pressure and hierarchical management. Not all decisions come from data-driven policy but senior leadership's perferences. Slow salary growth due to rigid marketplace review policy.
