Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s Micron’s policy that all team members be treated with respect, regardless of their diversity dimension. We also conduct an annual pay analysis study to ensure we are paying our people fairly. Recently, we have implemented Inclusion Advocates into the performance management process to help mitigate the opportunity for biases which can affect annual increases and promotion decisions. In addition, there are performance and rewards guidelines for all Leaders at Micron to follow, which ensure that team members are rewarded based on their contributions.
