      Have bonuses for the employees. Treat them like they matter just not a warm body and a heart beat.

      Pros

      easy work and generally slow nights, except weekends which at this location are hectic with drunk wedding guests and tourists. Allowed to bring a personal device to study/play games/watch movies while it is slow.

      Cons

      The weekends can get truly unpleasant with wedding groups and tourists to the nearby casino in varying degrees of intoxication.
