Pros

-Good compensation, and the bonus structure makes layoffs less likely during a downturn. -Competent management and colleagues, with lots of knowledge and good communication. -Work-life balance is great. Have never felt overworked or burdened with unreasonable timelines. Have never needed to work on weekends.

Cons

-Work itself is very solitary, and the workplace does not have much culture to speak of. The environment is very corporate and sterile, but that is to be expected at any large consulting firm. -The flat management structure makes it difficult to advance. -PTO starts out at a standard 2 weeks, with no holidays other than the few mandated by the government.

Pros

There are no pros besides be able to work remotely occasionally

Cons

Culture is toxic. If you speak up you will get fired. They also spy on your LinkedIn and tell if you posted anything. Was the only person of color on my team and was ultimately fired because of it. They let each practice run their own business and do whatever they want. Lots of rich white men
