- Full time exempt employees are docked time off their pay. Need to leave 30 min early? expect less in your check. - Management rewards people solely based on ethnicity and situation. If you are unmarried and a women expect to be treated as a lower class citizen - No direction or guidance. you will be thrown new responsibility with no explanation or assistance. It is an every man for himself working environment and when you fail (as you were set up to do) you will be spoken to and treated like a moron. - this company has many offices though the US. Anyone working out the San Diego office is basically a waste of space. They will lie to you at every opportunity and trap you into a job that is a small step above underpaid manual labor. - Expect to deal with people off shores. You will be harassed by rude people working out of call centers in India. No matter how hard to try they will continue to call and speak to you as if you owe them something for them interrupting your day or evening. Steer clear of this company and their deceitful recruiters and staff members
